PAYMENT ~
I accept payment by PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (which are processed either through PayPal).
TAXES AND CHARGES ~
No VAT is charged for those customers living in the UK and EU.
Buyers are responsible for any Customs or tax charges which may incur in shipping. Please do not ask me to falsify customs forms; items will not be marked as 'gift'.
SHIPPING ~
I ship worldwide. All items are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking, either First Class if in UK or Airmail if elsewhere. I aim to ship your order within 2 working days (not including weekends and public holidays).
Items paid with PayPal will be shipped using PayPal shipping, so please check that your address on PayPal is correct and up-to-date.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ~
It's hard to tell if you'll like a doll just by looking at a picture - sometimes you've just got to see and feel it! For this reason, if the item(s) you ordered just isn't for you, then please email me and return it within 7 days. You will then be refunded for your purchase.
